The Twisted Lab slot is set in a lab with the two characters flanking the reel grid. Symbols in the game include pink, blue, and purple beakers, brains, fangs, eyeballs, tentacles, mushrooms, eggs, leaves, and feathers. There are also chests, coloured twisters, non-paying fish, cat, apple, and bird icons, free spin symbols, and more.
The Twisted Lab slot uses a 5×5 grid layout with 19 paylines. The game requires a bet of between £0.10 and £100 per spin, and it gives you a chance to win up to 15,000x your bet. To make wins, you’ll need to match three or more identical icons on a single spin and payline.

Landing three free spin icons awards 10 free spins in the unleash the ooze feature. Throughout the feature, you have a higher chance of landing rotogrid symbols, free spin cons, and oozing beakers.
The twist of the twisted free spins feature can be triggered by landing four free spin icons for three lives. In the bonus, only blue and pink twisters, collect and rotogrid icons, and non-paying symbols appear.
Four multiplier values are displayed on each twister. The value at the top of the symbol is the current value, but when the grid rotates, the value that moves to the top of the symbol becomes the new current value. Multiplier values range between 1x and 1,000x for blue and pink twisters.
Blue twisters rotate with rotogrid triggers, but pink twisters rotate on every new free spin and on rotogrid triggers. Meanwhile, collector icons can land to activate at the end of the current spin. It collects all the multiplier values of all twisters on the grid.
